Privacy, in plain language

Your app data is there to inform you—not identify you.

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Overview

Flux (“the App”) helps you review App Store performance data for apps you choose to connect. This policy explains what information Flux processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

1. Information Flux processes

App Store analytics

Flux processes the App Store performance information required to show your dashboards, including app metadata, impressions, product page views, downloads, purchases, rankings, territories, platforms, and release history.

Connection credentials

Credentials or tokens used to connect supported services are used only to retrieve the data you request. They are stored using security mechanisms provided by the operating system and are never sold or used for advertising.

Diagnostics

Flux may collect limited, non-content diagnostics such as app version, operating system version, crash information, and feature-level events. This helps us maintain reliability and understand which parts of Flux need improvement.

2. How information is used

  • To retrieve and present analytics for the apps you connect
  • To calculate trends, conversion rates, rankings, and release comparisons
  • To diagnose crashes, maintain compatibility, and improve Flux

Flux does not use your data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or the creation of marketing profiles.

3. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell or rent your information. Data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the App, provide diagnostics, or comply with law. Those providers are expected to protect the information and use it only for the service they provide.

4. Retention and deletion

Locally stored Flux data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the App. Data made available by connected services follows the retention rules of those services. You can revoke a connection at its source at any time.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including operating-system protections, encrypted network connections, and restricted access. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Children's privacy

Flux is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Flux evolves. The effective date above will change when we do. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to martirosov_a@icloud.com.
